At Boutique Set, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, self-care products and socks are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items discounted by 40% or more are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Return

  • Email us at boutique@studiosetpilates.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us within 10 days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
  • Exchanges are not processed directly. To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
