Processing Time

Please allow us 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Shipping and Delivery Time

CANADA : Quebec & Ontario

  • Free standard shipping on orders of 200$ and up
  • Orders under 200 $ : Flat Rate 12$
  • Delivery time : 3 to 7 days
  • An extra fee of 10 $ CA - 27 $CA for heavy items may be applied on orders containing fitness props.


CANADA : Other provinces and territories

  • Free standard shipping on orders of 200$ and up
  • Orders under 200 $ : Flat Rate 15$
  • Delivery time : 5 to 10 days
  • An extra fee of 10 $ CA - 27 $CA for heavy items may be applied on orders containing fitness props.


USA

  • Shipping Cost : Based on your address and the weight / dimensions of your order.
  • Delivery time : 5 to 10 days

 

We only ship to valid Canadian and USA addresses. Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes, international freight forwarding companies or hotels.

 

Tracking Orders

Canada Post will provide a tracking number. You will receive this tracking number in the confirmation email once your package has been shipped.

 

Editing shipping address

Only if your order has not yet been processed. Check your address in the purchase confirmation email. Contact us immediately if you find any mistakes, and be sure to include your order number. If the address was entered incorrectly and your order is already on its way, we unfortunately are unable to offer you a refund or re-ship it.

 

Order not delivered to the right address

If the mistake in the address is on your part, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

If the shipment was returned to us, we could send it to a new address. However, you’ll be responsible for the shipping charges. Thank you for understanding.

 

Order delayed

Despite our best efforts, sometimes events beyond our control may delay the arrival of your order. If this is the case, and your order has not arrived within 15 days, please contact us by email at boutique@studiosetpilates.com with your request and don’t forget to include your order number.
